Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a mum of two teenagers, married to a husband who needs to stay connected for work even when we’re in the middle of the Atlantic. Cruise WiFi packages used to catch us out every single time — expensive, patchy, and never quite what was promised on the tin.
A few cruises ago I started using eSIMs instead of the ship’s own package, and once I’d worked out what actually works and what doesn’t, I couldn’t believe how much money — and hassle — we’d wasted before. This site is me sharing exactly what I’ve found, ship by ship, so you don’t have to learn it the hard way like I did.
What I’ve Actually Tested
I’ve used both GigSky and Maya myself, at sea, not just read about them online. Where I’ve personally tried something, I’ll tell you. Where I haven’t (yet), I’ll say that too.
How This Site Makes Money
I get a small commission if you buy an eSIM through a link on this site. It costs you nothing extra, and it’s honestly the reason this site exists. I only recommend providers I’ve used myself or am confident are genuinely good, commission or not.
Thanks for reading — I hope this saves you the money (and stress) it took me a few cruises to figure out.
